Winget Installer Hash Does Not Match

Winget Installer Hash Does Not Match - However the winget.exe is not in that directory with other windowsapps. What am i doing wrong? Winget is microsoft windows official package manager. The package installer is installed and even shows up in the uninstall apps settings. If i manually go to the install folder and run winget it says installer hash does not match for packages coming from winget repo. I do see that mirosoft.ui.xaml.2.4 also shows if that is an issue. Each version of a package has its own manifest inside the proper folder. Or set up and install obsidian on new pcs with winget scripts in terminal. Then i would have to look at the log, manually install softwares that winget refused. Frequently using it to update obsidian.
